Most File Rescue projects range from $700 - $2,500+, depending on file size, complexity, and scope. Digital and physical files are accepted.

Demand Writing & Preparation

Attorney-directed drafting from an organized, demand-ready file. Firm provides case information, supporting records, damages information, demand instructions, and preferred template/format when applicable.

Full Demand Preparation (Starting at $900)
End-to-end preparation from the underlying case file, which may include file review and organization, treatment and damages, compilation, supporting-document review, demand drafting, exhibit organization, and delivery of an attorney-review-ready demand package.

Minimum project fee includes standard paper-to-digital conversion. Final pricing is based on document volume, file condition, organization requirements, and project scope. Additional preparation or organization may be quoted separately. Travel, pickup/return, and shipping are additional.

Not every case file starts digitally. Second Coast can convert physical case files into organized, searchable digital records - creating a cleaner, more accessible file for review, storage, or continued case work.

Paper files may be shipped following provided transfer instructions or picked up locally within approximately 35 miles from Clover, South Carolina. Local pickup and return are available for an additional travel fee.
